Who we are
This website is operated by Dump In Bin Private Limited (CIN U90001HR2017PTC068979), 350/3, Prem Nagar, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India ("Dump In Bin", "we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address, organisation, city and message. The enquiry form doesn't store anything on our website: when you press send, it opens your own email app or WhatsApp with the message pre-filled, and we receive it only if you send it.
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us directly.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes, services or products you ask about.
- To manage contracts, pickups, compliance records and invoices once you become a client.
- To consider job applications sent to us.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process this data with your consent, which you give by contacting us, or where it is necessary to perform a contract with you or meet a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business (such as website hosting, email and messaging providers), with authorities where the law requires it, and with a successor if the business is transferred. Each is limited to what they need.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows preview images from news publishers and YouTube on our About page. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the contract and applicable law (including tax and environmental record-keeping rules) require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct or update it, have it erased where we no longer need it, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. You can also raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this website and restricted access to client records.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
