## How the process works (homepage story)
1. Collection — household door-to-door and industrial pickups, streams kept separate.
2. Material recovery — dry waste sorted by type (PET, metal, paper); multilayer plastic (MLP) is pulled out rather than landfilled.
3. EPR — recovered plastic is documented and credited to the producer or brand owner.
4. Shredding — non-recyclable plastic is cleaned and shredded into flakes.
5. Blending — flakes are blended with mineral aggregate and heated.
6. Moulding — the mix is pressed in a mould and cured into a paver.
7. Plave — the finished 100% recycled paver, used for footpaths, parks and campuses.
